Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of The Family Club, its app and its premises. Creating an account means accepting them. They are between you and The Family Club Bali, Jl. Bumbak Gg. Pulau 9 No.1, Kerobokan, Kec. Kuta Utara, Kabupaten Badung, Bali 80361.

Who can join

Accounts are for adults. A parent or legal guardian opens the account and adds their children to it. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your login to yourself.

What we are, and what we are not

The Family Club is a family club offering recreational and educational activities. It is not a school, not a daycare and not a childminding service. Children remain under the responsibility of the accompanying adult except during the Brain Lab sessions they are booked into, which are supervised by our facilitators for the duration of the session.

Credits

Activities are paid for with credits bought in packs through the app. Prices are shown before purchase. Credits are charged to your balance when a booking is confirmed.

Credits have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred to another account. Any expiry date is stated at the time of purchase.

Bookings and cancellations

Sessions have limited capacity and are allocated in the order bookings are confirmed. Cancel more than 24 hours before the session and the credits go back to your balance. Cancel later, or do not turn up, and the credits are spent.

If we cancel a session for any reason, the credits are returned to your balance in full.

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. Credit packs are non refundable once purchased, except where the law says otherwise or where we cancelled the activity ourselves.

Behaviour in the club

We ask for what any shared space asks for: respect for other families, for the team and for the premises. We may suspend or close an account after serious or repeated breaches, and we will explain why when we do.

Photos

We sometimes photograph club life. Nothing showing your child is published without your explicit consent, and you can withdraw that consent at any time by writing to contact@thefamilyclub-bali.com.

Liability

We are liable for our own failures in running the club and its activities. We are not liable for personal belongings left on the premises, nor for the consequences of information you gave us that was incomplete or inaccurate, in particular anything concerning a child's health or allergies.

Closing your account

You can delete your account from the app at any time: Profile, then Delete account. Unused credits are lost when you do, so use them first.

Changes

These terms may change. Significant changes are announced in the app or by email before they apply.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Indonesian law. We will always try to settle a disagreement directly before anything else: write to contact@thefamilyclub-bali.com.
